Not Without My Radio

Radio in the car. Without fighting the phone.

The trick isn’t magic: it’s Bluetooth (and Android Auto or CarPlay if your car has them). Install No Sin Mi Radio once, pair the phone, and when you get in, audio already has a speaker.

Radio in the car

The system: phone + car, not another radio

Today the reliable way to bring No Sin Mi Radio into the car is your phone. The car provides the speakers and, if paired well, reconnects by itself. We provide the dial: real stations, favorites and a guide when there’s a source. You don’t need a native dashboard app to start listening.

How to set it up (once)

Do this parked. Then, while driving, just hit play — or nothing, if the station was already on.

  1. 01

Install No Sin Mi Radio on your phone

Open it in the browser and add it to your home screen (many phones show “Install app” or “Add to Home Screen”). Then you open it like an app, without hunting the URL every trip.

  2. 02

    Pair the car’s Bluetooth

Connect the phone to the car audio system once. Most cars reattach the same phone on startup: that’s the “automatic” part.

  3. 03

Android Auto or CarPlay, if you have them

They project the phone onto the car screen. No Sin Mi Radio audio still comes from the phone into the car. We don’t promise a native dash icon yet: the current path is phone + projection or Bluetooth.

  4. 04

    Save favorites and hit play

Star your stations in No Sin Mi Radio. Before you leave (or at a safe stop), open the app, pick and play. Sound goes to the car once Bluetooth is up.

Bluetooth, Android Auto and CarPlay

All three paths land in the same place: the station’s real internet stream, played on the phone and heard on the car speakers.

  • Bluetooth

The most universal. Pair once; when you get in, the phone reconnects and online radio audio comes out of the speakers.

  • Android Auto

Projects compatible apps on the screen. Until there’s native integration, use No Sin Mi Radio on the phone with audio routed to the car (Bluetooth or USB depending on the model).

  • Apple CarPlay

Same idea on iPhone: CarPlay shows Apple’s ecosystem. For No Sin Mi Radio, install the web app to Home, play on the phone, and let the car be the speaker.

Safety first

Set up, install and pick a station with the car parked. While driving, use steering-wheel controls or the car’s voice system when you can. No Sin Mi Radio doesn’t replace common sense behind the wheel.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Does it connect to the car by itself?

The car and phone do, if Bluetooth (or Android Auto / CarPlay) is already paired: they usually reattach on startup. You just need No Sin Mi Radio installed and, when you want radio, hit play on a station.

Is there a native CarPlay or Android Auto app?

Not yet. Today the path is PWA / browser on the phone + audio over Bluetooth or projection. A dashboard app is on the roadmap; this page covers what you can already do.

Does it use mobile data?

Yes: live audio goes over the internet (mobile data or the car’s Wi‑Fi if you have it). A radio stream is usually light compared with video, but you need coverage or a data plan.

Can I change stations from the steering wheel?

It depends on the car: many controls skip “next track” on the phone, not the No Sin Mi Radio catalog. To change stations, do it from the phone when parked or via hands-free if your car allows it.

Does it work without FM signal?

Yes. No Sin Mi Radio doesn’t tune over-the-air FM: it plays each station’s online stream. Wherever you have mobile data, you can listen even if the car’s FM dial gets nothing.

Set up the car once. Listen every time.

Install, pair and save favorites. The rest is the same dial as always — on the road.
