Voice control
What this section is
The Voice section explains how to search and play radio without touching the screen. Here we detail the flow, commands, and the magic phrase “hey radio”.
How it works
Four simple steps. No menus or codes—just speak and listen.
01
Turn on the microphone
Tap the voice button (bottom left) or the one on this page. You’ll only hear: “No Sin Mi Radio. Tell me what you’re looking for.”
02
Say what you want
Station, network, show, host, or podcast. Speak naturally in Spanish, Catalan, English, and more.
03
If it finds it
You hear “Found it”, playback starts, and the mic turns off by itself—no extra phrases—so it doesn’t keep listening to the radio or background noise.
04
Search again
Tap the mic button again. If nothing matched, it asks you to try again and keeps listening.
What you can ask
Examples: “Play Cadena SER”, “Search Carlos Herrera”, “Pause”, “Next”. With radio on and mic active: “hey radio” + what you want.
Magic phrase: “hey radio” / “oye radio”
When the mic is on and radio is already playing, say “oye radio” or “hey radio”, then what you want. Example: “hey radio Los 40”. After a match the mic turns off: tap it again to search; if audio is still on, put “oye radio” before your request.
Hands-free (one activation)
Turn on the mic. You’ll hear “No Sin Mi Radio. Tell me what you’re looking for.” On a match: “Found it” and the mic turns off. To search again, turn it on; with radio on, say “oye radio”.
